A simple and comforting matcha to warm up during our Canadian winters.
Ingredients
- 2 to 3g of matcha
- 1 cup of plant-based milk of your choice
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
Preparation
- Whisk the matcha with 50-60 ml of hot water at 70-80 °C .
- Heat the milk in the microwave or on the oven, along with the vanilla and maple syrup.
- Whisk the milk to create a light foam on top.
- Pour the matcha into the milk.
- Enjoy!
