Refund policy

At Les Ateliers Matchalogy inc., each product is prepared with care and intention. Due to the nature of our food products, certain conditions apply to returns and exchanges in order to ensure quality, safety, and fairness for all.

Eligible Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene and food safety standards, food products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the following situations:

  • product received damaged
  • incorrect product received
  • package lost during delivery

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for the reasons outlined above and no others. Any request must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe of 14 days following receipt of the order. 

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, or if your package is confirmed as lost, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible so the situation can be assessed.

When justified, a replacement will be issued. Purely cosmetic damage that does not affect the quality, integrity, or safety of the product does not qualify for a replacement or refund.

 

Non-Eligible Products

The following situations do not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund:

  • change of mind
  • opened or consumed product
  • personal preferences related to taste or overall experience
  • minor damage to the packaging that does not affect the quality, integrity, or safety of the product
  • error in the address provided by the customer
  • failure to collect the package within the prescribed timeframe

Personal preferences, including taste, aroma, texture, or intensity, do not constitute valid grounds for a return, exchange, or refund. 

 

Subscriptions

Orders related to subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except in cases of delivery issues or an error on our part.

Specific subscription terms are provided at the time of sign-up.
